The Women in Business Program Committee (WIB) is a volunteer group of Chamber members whose purpose is to empower women in business. The WIB Program Committee, in partnership with the SMDC, designs and delivers programming that energizes, engages, and elevates women in business. The group's focus includes: creating meaningful events that address real-world issues; providing education and leadership; and creating networking opportunities for both women and men to create valuable business connections.
The Women in Business Program is very active and hosts multiple popular Chamber networking events. In addition to monthly events, this group hosts our annual Premier Event, the Women in Business Conference, which occurs in September and features top speakers on hot topics! While Committee membership is comprised of women, the events are open to ALL members; we encourage and want men to attend!
