Jim Asperger

Jim has worked in the HVAC industry for thrity-seven years and has been self-employed for thrity-two of those years. He is considered by some to be an expert in the field of natatoriums: indoor pool facilities. Sales, service, contracting and walking around job sites have been his graduate school after securing a degree in literature. Some twenty plus years ago Jim wanted to share some of his success with his community by giving back. He joined the Albuquerque chapter of United Way and has held many positions including co-founder of Guys Give (a phalanthropy group that is not allowed to use the tagline 'We'll drink to that' even though their monthly meeting are held at different breweries in the ABQ area). Jim has sat on and chaired various 'Community Investment Councils' for his local UW chapter which are similar to the Shark Tank venue where tens of thousands of dollars are distributed to many agencies looking for support each year.
