Lori Gerlits
Vice President
Lori Gerlits obtained her B.A. in Business Administration from Doane College and moved to Littleton after receiving her degree. Enjoying all aspects of Colorado life from the south metro area, she’s never moved from our region and currently resides in Centennial with her husband Roy, a Colorado native. Growing up on a farm in northeast Nebraska, it was ingrained in her to “support local” which she does now in Colorado. Joining the SMDC was a natural fit for that passion.
Lori has more than 25 years of management and leadership experience in real estate title and escrow services, retail, and healthcare. Business development and marketing were her primary focus as she developed and managed education programs, sales, marketing campaigns, events, and outreach from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. She collaborated nationally with affiliates of TRG, Realogy, and the Shaddock Companies to share Best Practices and improve business performance. Developing strong relationships, being a team player, and having a winning attitude provide a good foundation for success.
Outside the office, she treasures time with friends and family. Volleyball is her true sport of passion as she accomplished All-American status in college and continued playing competitively indoors and on the beach for many years in Colorado. You may now find her more likely golfing, playing pickleball, listening to music, doing activities with friends, or cheering for the Broncos and Avs.
