Charlie Kercheval has enjoyed a 35-year career in the Colorado banking industry and currently serves as the President of Business Development for Alpine Bank's Front Range Market. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1988 and the University of Washington, Graduate School of Banking in 1995. During his tenure in banking, Charlie has held numerous leadership positions in Douglas County, the Denver Tech Center, and Cherry Creek. Success as a business leader is important to Charlie. However, of equal importance is demonstrating his commitment to service and encouraging a spirit of giving among his family, colleagues, and community.
Kercheval’s personal commitment to service began at a young age, participating in a variety of service projects within his community of Grand Junction, Colorado and throughout the world. Impactful economic development and educational opportunity are critical components of vibrant, growing communities. As a long-time community banker, Charlie has had the privilege of providing board leadership for many, impactful Colorado organizations including the South Metro Denver Chamber, Metro State University of Denver Foundation, CollegeInvest, Colorado Succeeds, the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, the Denver Public Schools Foundation, the Public Education and Business Coalition, the Castle Rock Economic Development Council, the Cherry Creek Area Business Alliance, the University of Colorado Alumni Association, the Douglas County Educational Foundation, and the Parker Economic Development Council.
A native Coloradoan, Charlie was born and raised in Grand Junction, CO and has resided in Parker, CO with his wife Linda, since 1993. Together they are proud parents of two wonderful sons. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golf, tennis, skiing, reading, and any opportunity to spend time with family!
