It pays to work well. that's why the Chamber's Health and Wellness Council is partnering with
Tri-County Health Department on a Workplace Wellness Initiative. This initiative is simple: strive to bring health and wellness into the culture of companies and into the lives of their employees.  Funding is available to you — with little to no cost, you have access to employer training, equipment, resources, and "Healthy Business" certifications! • Healthy food alternatives for meetings and events
• Fitbits provided to staff
• Monthly reimbursements to staff for gym, yoga, martial arts memberships
• Sit/Stand desks provided to 2 staff members

• Walking meetings
• Smoothie bar in Chamber kitchen
• Healthy survey to staff
• Chair massages purchased for all employees
• Discussions at staff meetings regarding healthy choices made on personal time
