Sponsorship Terms

generate leads and make your brand visible

Sponsorship Benefits and Terms

Why Sponsor an Event or Program?
Our collective events attract around 8,500 attendees each year across a wide region that includes nearly every industry and size of business. Sponsoring an event or program puts your organization in front of the most influential crowd in the region. You can successfully generate sales leads, increase brand awareness, enhance credibility and showcase the innovative and value of your products and services.

Use your annual sponsorship credit! Nearly every membership level receives an annual cash credit that may be applied toward one sponsorship each year. This credit makes sponsorship more affordable! If you don't know your annual credit amount, ask your Member Representative or contact [email protected] and we'll tell you!

Sponsorship Terms
When you become a sponsor, we invest significant time, resources and marketing dollars promoting your organization for months leading up to an event, or for an entire year if you are sponsoring a program. We make a BIG commitment to our sponsors, so we ask our sponsors to make these commitments to us in order to protect and preserve our ability to offer so many sponsor benefits!

Payment Agreement: Sponsorship payments are due in full within five business days of Agreement signature. This is because your benefits start immediately and continue for several months in advance of the event. If you cannot pay in full, we will develop an incremental payment plan in which you will pay an initial deposit of roughly 25% of your total sponsorship fee, and the deposit is due within five business days of Agreement signature to activate your sponsorship. Failure to pay per Agreement terms may result in your sponsorship being revoked. Sponsorships of $1,000 or less are not eligible for payment plans.

Sponsorships are Non-refundable: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable in order to cover the Chamber’s costs of providing sponsor recognition for months prior to an event. In the case of documented extenuating circumstances (e.g., business closure, etc.), a Sponsor may request a refund within 30 days of signing their Sponsorship Agreement or no later than 120 days prior to the event. The Chamber, at its discretion, will issue a refund and will deduct fees based on the prorated value of the sponsorship benefits already granted.

Duration and Cancellation: Your sponsorship will remain in effect per the Start and End dates listed in your Sponsorship Agreement and fees are non-refundable. However, if for some reason you choose to cancel your sponsorship, your sponsor benefits will be discontinued. If a membership upgrade was granted as part of an annual Agreement, the membership level will revert back to its former level unless the difference in dues is paid to maintain the higher membership level.

Sponsorship Annual Credit Terms: You receive an Annual Sponsorship Credit (the amount is based on your membership level) and you may apply your Credit to a sponsorship purchase if your sponsorship fees meet the minimum amount required to use your Credit. Your Credit must be used within each membership year; unused Credits do not roll over to future years. The entire Credit must be applied to one sponsorship event. If you wish to allocate your Credit between multiple sponsorship opportunities, please contact your Member Representative who will be happy to help you create a custom sponsorship package!

Right of First Refusal: For some sponsorship types and levels, you will be granted right of first refusal for the next year's event, which empowers you to retain your sponsorship position automatically. ask your Member Representative or contact [email protected] if you are not sure whether your specific sponsorship includes the benefit of first right of refusal.

Mutual Use of Intellectual Property and Rights: Each party agrees to grant the other a non-exclusive, limited right to use its logo(s), name(s) and images solely for the purpose of the marketing and cross-promotion necessary to fulfill your Sponsorship Agreement. We will ask for your company's logo, description, images and may produce videos on behalf of your company. You give us consent to use these assets in order to promote your organization.
