Premier Annual Events at the South Metro Denver Chamber

Our six annual Premier Events are highly acclaimed experiences that we host for our members and the public. These events highlight various aspects of our region - economic development, nonprofit support, workforce issues, women's empowerment and more - and we attract hundreds of business and policy leaders at each event. These are paid and ticketed events that are open to the public on a limited basis, These sell out, so buy tickets or reserve your company table early when registration opens! Economic Forecast Breakfast - January
Hosted by the Economic Development Group

The Economic Forecast Breakfast is our biggest event of the year, attracting over 400 business and policy leaders statewide. Top speakers explore economic trends likely to shape the future of our economy, public policy and the health of Colorado and the South Metro region. SMDC Business Awards Show - April

The SMDC Business Awards is a gala-style celebration to honor the achievements of our members. Through a rigorous nomination and selection process, we grant awards to both organizations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to our Chamber and the surrounding community. Golf Tournament - June
Hosted by the Chamber Staff

The annual Golf Tournament tees up business and fun, and is hosted at the beautiful Meridian Golf Club. Relax and make new friends at the post-game awards ceremony! Our fees are lower than most other Chamber golf events, so don't miss the breathtaking views if you've never played this course! Sponsorship tip: THE event for spending one-on-one time meeting a captive audience of business leaders across many industries.

Women in Business Conference - September
Hosted by the Women in Business Program

The Women in Business Conference  is an inspiring day featuring top speakers and panelists that explore how to advance and empower women in business. The event attracts up to 200 attendees and offers excellent professional development and networking opportunities. Men are invited and encouraged to attend! Workforce Innovation Summit - Fall
Hosted by the Economic Development Group

The Workforce Innovation Summit draws top business leaders and mangers who are interested in strengthening their workforces. This event features top speakers and panelists that explore the issues impacting today’s workforce, as well as new strategies and innovations in workforce development. This event attracts up to 150 people. Sponsorship and exhibitor tip: Ideal for businesses that offer human resources or workforce management solutions.

The TANK - Fall
Hosted by the Partners in Philanthropy Group

The TANK (inspired by the Shard Tank TV show) is a fundraiser for selected nonprofits. Each 'shark’ evaluates presenting nonprofits and selects one to develop a mutually beneficial business partnership. Guest fundraising generated over $40K at the last event, and the Chamber donates thousands of additional dollars from event proceeds. Sponsorship and exhibitor tip: Great for nonprofits that desire visibility and for businesses that want to demonstrate philanthropic leadership.
