Our event registration and attendance policies were designed to ensure that our members get first dibs on limited spots, and discounted pricing at paid events. Members and guests, please respect these policies to ensure a great experience for all.
Chamber Member Registration for All Free and Paid Events
Members must login at BestChamber.com to register for ALL events. On the website, click MEMBERS AREA in top navigation menu, or click Member Login in the bottom left footer menu. Email [email protected] if you need your login.
ALL employees at your organization are Chamber members! You can register as many employees as you like for free or paid events!
Exception: If your organization or franchise has multiple locations, only employees of the locations that are paying Chamber members are eligible to attend events.
Guest (Non-Member) Registration Process for FREE Networking Events The purpose of inviting guests is to allow them to evaluate if our Chamber is a good fit for their membership goals, so please only invite guests who are interested in a Chamber membership. Non-members cannot register via the website; Chamber staff will register all non-member guests by contacting them and registering them for the event.
To register yourself as a guest, OR if you are a member requesting to bring a guest: Email [email protected] with subject: INVITE A GUEST. List the event name and date. Include your guest’s name, company name and work email and we'll register them.
Non-member guests may attend two free networking events to determine if the Chamber is a good fit. After two events, they must purchase a membership to continue attending events.
Ticketed Premier and Featured events are accessible to guests: Non-members may register directly on our website for paid or ticketed events that are open to the public.
Event Payment and Attendance Policies
Spots at all events are limited, and all members must be registered online. Please don’t bring unregistered guests. We reserve the right to ask unregistered members and/or guests to leave as all spots are reserved via registration.
We do not issue ticket refunds for paid events, but you may email [email protected] to transfer your ticket to another person.
We charge a 3.99% processing fee for credit cards. This is our cost; we receive no profit. If you wish to pay via e-check with no fee, email [email protected]. E-check tickets must be paid prior to the event.
Please cancel your reservation if you can't attend. Email [email protected] and tell her which event you are cancelling; this frees up coveted spots for waitlisted members.
Attire: Please wear business casual attire or the specific event attire that is noted on a particular event's website page.
Adults only: Professional working adults ages 21+. Sorry, please do not register or bring children.
Photography and Video Consent
Photos and/or video footage will be captured during all Chamber events. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, marketing collateral and in other promotional materials.
By attending any event, you consent to the use of your likeness in photos and/or videos for any marketing purpose at the Chamber’s sole discretion. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a Chamber staff member or Ambassador when you arrive and register.
