On October 5, 2019, Dirt will hold its sixth annual Take Root fundraiser and silent auction at The Hudson
Gardens in Littleton, benefiting young adults with autism and related neurodiversities. We hope to raise
$100,000 to employ, empower, and impact more friends and neighbors with autism.
Dirt Coffee Bar is a nationally recognized non-profit with a mission to employ and empower young adults
with Autism Spectrum Disorders, while equipping the community to do the same. We proudly serve locally
roasted, organic and fairly traded coffee and espresso, breaking the expectation that a good cause
comes with a lack of quality. With more than 90% of adults with autism either unemployed or
underemployed, Dirt has committed to do more for the autism community by opening its permanent
location this past year. Our coffee shop provides sustainable employment opportunities, while creating a
culture of acceptance, education, inclusion, advocacy and opportunity, not to mention a dang good cup

Denver, CO — Cappella Living Solutions (Cappella) has assumed management of 12 senior living properties across Texas, the Midwest, and Colorado. The company is now supporting two additional ownership groups in communities that combined serve more than 800 older adults.
Cappella is the management and consulting division of Denver-based Christian Living Communities (CLC). CLC/Cappella now manages 26 communities (including five it owns) across seven states serving more than 3,000 older adults, their families, and employees. CLC/Cappella has experienced healthy strategic growth over the last four years and has a legacy of 45+ years providing operational excellence and innovation in senior living. In August, Cappella assumed management support of seven Villagio communities in cities across Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado, including Carrollton (TX), Plano (TX), McKinney (TX), Kerrville (TX), Bradford Village (Edmond, OK), Oklahoma City (OK) and Broomfield (CO). These unique, boutique-style communities offer a mix of independent, assisted living and memory support neighborhoods.

Four communities owned by NexCore LLC in Indiana and Ohio also transitioned to Cappella management on August 29th, including Walnut Crossing (Marysville, OH), Heritage Crossing (Akron, OH), Sugar Fork Crossing (Anderson, IN) and Demaree Crossing (Greenwood, IN). Each community offers assisted living and memory care services and were built within the last two years. Heritage Crossing in Akron will celebrate its grand opening on September 19th.

Cappella will also implement strong sales and marketing, operational and financial systems and processes.
