Women in Leadership at South Denver CardiologyWomen In Leadership

The Chamber's Women In Leadership Group brings together women of different backgrounds: business leaders, activists, educators, and many others. We feature influential and inspirational businesswomen as speakers at many of our venues to share their career path, the challenges they have overcome and how they deal with life balance issues.

Pamela Schenck speaking to WIL groupWe believe that leadership is not a separate event but something that we demonstrate in all aspects of our daily lives.  Therefore, we focus on celebrating the success of our own women leaders who come together at our programs to connect, share their stories and serve as an inspiration to one another.

The Women In Leadership Program hosts monthly networking events, quarterly Speaker Events, and an annual Women’s Leadership Conference.

WIL has 4 very active committees & programs:

LINCS- Leaders Inspiring Connections and Success who assist at all events. Informal mentoring and building relationships between members is the goal of this volunteer oriented committee.

Philanthropic Committee
- This committee works actively with Chamber Non-Profit Organizations through volunteerism.

Legislative Liaison Committee- This committee is and educational tool to assist members in learning about the Legislative process and the Role of the Chamber.

Small Business, Big Connections LEADs Group - Meets every Tuesday 8:00 am to 9:00 am at the Chamber Center
