LEADs Groups
Whether you’re a small one-man shop or a corporate giant, one of the challenges facing all businesses is continually acquiring new clients or penetrating new markets for their goods and services. Member businesses of the South Metro Denver Chamber have a solution for said problems through the Chamber’s LEADs Groups. 
The groups are comprised of up to 30 Chamber member businesses who meet on a regular basis from every week to twice monthly. The specific times and days of the meetings are dependent on the group chosen. The purpose of a LEADs Group is to continuously exchange referrals and to expand your business network. Membership in each group is limited to one person per 
business category, thus creating no competition for leads within any specific group. Meeting on a regular basis and limits on absences attracts vested members, which benefits the group as a whole.
At each meeting, members are asked to (1) bring one or more leads 
for other members, (2) to bring a guest who is interested in joining the group, (3) to discuss networking opportunities for members, (4) to conduct a presentation, and/or (5) to give a testimonial of a received lead. While the meetings are sociable and sometimes even themed events, the purpose remains to grow business by establishing relationships with your fellow LEADs Group members. Members often create solid leads outside of the group meetings, in one or more of the 70+ Chamber programs and services. Talking up each other’s trades while conducting their own day-to-day business can lead to sales which might otherwise be missed.
