EXPO 2009 EXHIBIT VENDOR INFORMATION
We welcome you to the 2009 "Showtime" Expo Vendor Information. This is the latest and greatest information we have available regarding setting up your booths, etc.
The entrance to the expo hall is on the North-West side of the Marriott DTC. Parking passes will be available for the day of the expo. We cannot, however, comp parking if you decide to unload this evening.

Unload and set up times:
October 27th - Unloading and setup will take place from 6:00am to 9:00am. Chamber Connection members and staff will be onhand to help get everybody offloaded and your equipment to the appropriate booth.

Booths are decorated to the Theme "It's Showtime!"
Your favorite movie, television show, or a Halloween theme would enter you into the Booth Contests. Awards are chosen by Expo attendees and include:
- Best New Show – New Exhibitor
- Best Individual Performance – Sole Proprietor
- The Fan’s Choice
- Best Overall Performance – Most entertaining, involvement with the crowd.
Awards will be given out during the Business After Hours from 5:00 to 7:00.
